Schedule
The Global Opportunities Conference (GOC) will take place on September 19-20, 2012 at the Waldorf=Astoria in New York.

Throughout the economic cycle, Imperial Capital’s Global Opportunities Conference has consistently delivered valuable insights and unique investment opportunities to the institutional investor community. GOC provides portfolio managers, private equity investors and investment analysts with proprietary ideas across the capital structure, including bank loans, investment grade, high yield and distressed debt, convertible securities, hybrid capital securities, and equities. This one and a half day event will highlight more than 100 public and privately held presenting companies as they discuss their strategic growth plans, future financing needs, and capital markets strategies. In addition to company presentations, ample time will be allotted to meet with presenting company senior management both in a casual setting and through one-on-one meetings.

Conference Highlights

  • Presentations by more than 100 leading public and privately held companies
  • Proprietary investment opportunities across the capital structure
  • One-on-One meeting opportunities with company management
  • Closing Cocktail Reception for a final visit with fellow presenters and the institutional investor and private equity community
